Return & Refund Policy

At QuikServe, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable delivery experience for our users. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which users may request a return or replacement of food items ordered through our platform. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Inspection Upon Delivery or Pickup:

  • Users are advised to inspect their orders carefully upon delivery or pickup to ensure that all items meet their expectations in terms of quality, quantity, and correctness. In the event of a Non-contact delivery, users have 10 mins after the confirmation of delivery is swiped by driver to report delivery related matters to quikserve or item(s) related matters to the restaurant.

  •  Note: each stage of the order process is emailed with time stamp confirmation.

2. Reporting Issues:

  • Users must report any issues with their order, including incorrect items or quality concerns, within 10 minutes of receiving the order. 

  • Visually incorrect orders must NOT be eaten, sampled or tampered with but rather report it to us via whatsapp with a picture as evidence, and allow for return via courier if replacement is required by the user.

  • Users can report issues through the QuikServe App by navigating to the “Account Profile Tab” section and selecting Chat via WhatsApp or Email button.

3. Return Eligibility:

  • QuikServe will only consider returns for the following reasons:

    • Incorrect items delivered.

    • Quality issues with the food items.


4. Exclusions:

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons unrelated to the delivery process, such as changes in personal preference, dietary restrictions, or any other non-delivery-related issues.

5. Refund Process:

  • QuikServe will not issue refunds to the user’s credit/debit card.

  • Instead, users will receive a credit to their QuikServe App wallet for the value of the affected items.

  • This credit can be used for future orders on the QuikServe platform at the same or any other participating restaurant or store.

6. Liability Limitation:

  • QuikServe acts as a delivery partner and is not liable for the quality, freshness, or accuracy of the items provided by the restaurant partners.

  • QuikServe is not responsible for any issues arising from the preparation or packaging of the food items by the restaurant partners.

7. Reporting Non-Delivery Issues:

  • For non-delivery related issues, such as problems with the restaurant’s food quality, packaging, or service, users are encouraged to contact the restaurant directly.

8. Modification of Policy:

  • QuikServe reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the QuikServe App or our website.

9. Contact Information:

  • For assistance or inquiries regarding returns, users can contact QuikServe Customer Support through the “Help Center” in the QuikServe App.

By using the QuikServe platform, users acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Return Policy. QuikServe reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
