Cancellation Policy

At QuikServe, we strive to provide you with the best food delivery experience possible. We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel an order. To ensure transparency and fairness for both our customers and our partner restaurants, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Order Cancellation Window:

   You can cancel your orders free of charge within the following timeframes:

   – For Scheduled Orders: You can cancel a scheduled order up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

   – For ASAP Orders:

     – Before Restaurant Confirmation: If you wish to cancel your order before the restaurant confirms it, you can do so without incurring any charges. You may cancel directly through the app or by contacting our Customer Support.

     – After Restaurant Confirmation: Once the restaurant has confirmed your order, you may cancel it within 5 minutes of acceptance, or before the restaurant has started preparing your food, whichever comes first. If the restaurant has begun preparation of your order, cancellation will not be permitted.

  1. Order Cancellation Process:

   – To cancel your order Before Restaurant Confirmation, please follow these steps:

   – Open the QuikServe mobile app or visit our website.

   – Go to your order history.

   – Select the order you wish to cancel.

   – Click on the “Cancel” button and follow the prompts.

   – To cancel your order After Restaurant Confirmation, please contact Customer Support.

  1. Changes to Orders:
  • If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., items, address, contact information, or special instructions), please do so as soon as possible by contacting our Customer Support instead of canceling the order.
  1. Customer Support:

   If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding the cancellation of your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team. To contact us through the App, go to “Account” and select your preferred contact method at the bottom of the page.

  1. Orders Changed or Canceled by QuikServe:

   In the event that an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, QuikServe reserves the right to cancel the specific item, refund you the amount for the specific item, and fulfill the rest of the order.

   In rare cases, QuikServe also reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, unavailability of delivery drivers, high unavailability of menu items, or issues with the partner restaurant. In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your QuikServe Wallet, including any delivery fees if you have placed your order using your credit/debit card.

  1. Refund Process:

   The following applies if you have placed your orders using a credit/debit card as your method of payment:

   – If you cancel an order within the cancellation window Before Restaurant Confirmation, any pre-authorized payment will be voided, and you will not be charged.

   – If you cancel an order within the cancellation window After Restaurant Confirmation OR if QuikServe has canceled your order and your card has been charged, a full refund will be credited to your QuikServe Wallet and NOT to the credit/debit card used to place the order.

  1. Non-Refundable Window:

   After the initial cancellation window, orders become non-refundable. You are encouraged to review your orders carefully before confirming.

  1. No-Show Policy:

   In the case of a no-show, where the delivery driver cannot make contact with you or complete the delivery due to your unavailability, you may be charged a no-show fee $10 debited to your QuikServe Wallet and must be paid upon your next order. Please ensure you are available and reachable during the estimated delivery time.

  1. Changes to Policy:

   QuikServe reserves the right to update and amend this cancellation policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to you through the app or our website
