How to order with quikserve

You are off to a good start, since you are already on our website you can start the process by clicking the ORDER button next to the restaurant of choice in the restaurant page.

The (2nd) second option and often the most easiest and convenient method is to download our ordering App called "FOODBOOKING" for Apple iOS & Google Android.

What is DELIVERY

Delivery option is when you the customer place an order online via QuikServe website or our "FOODBOOKING" Ordering App and have it delivered to you by a quikserve driver.

Delivery fee and time (ETA) may vary base on time of day & distance between origin and destination.

What is Pickup

A Pick-Up option is used by you the customer to place an order online via QuikServe website or our "FOODBOOKING" APP which goes directly to the restaurant for order preparation. The customer can then pickup their order and skip the hassle of standing in long lines. 

No charges or fees apply, its absolutely FREE for your convenience.

Currently quikserve provides online ordering for pickup or delivery from a varity of premium restaurants, please visit our restaurant page for list of choices.

What's the cost for delivery?

Delivery fee starters at $10ec and increases the further away you are from the restaurant. Fees are shown in ordering app before check out.

Can i call restaurant to order?

Absolutely NOT, QuikServe will not honor any order place via call in to a restaurant for delivery. Please place all orders through the QuikServe ordering system.

Where do you deliver to?

QuikServe provides island wide delivery.

How do i cancel an order?

Cancellation of order are allowed withing no more than 5 minutes after placing your order and have receiving a confirmation notification via App & email. Contact QuikServe customer service via 268-736-7845 to cancel and or Restaurant directly.

Why was my order "not Placed"?

An online order is usually not placed if:

- The restaurant order taking device (usually a Tablet/Smartphone) lost connection with    internet for more than 3 minutes right when the order is being placed.

 

-Battery on the order taking device has ran out or device went into sleep mode.

NOTE:

If the above has occurred when placing your order, kindly replace the order to have it be confirmed. Usually within 5 minutes.

order "missed" or "rejected" why?

ORDER MISSED

You may receive a missed order notice if:

  -The Restaurant failed to confirm your order request within 3 minutes.

  -Device left unattended by restaurant staff

  -Mobile phone may be in use to accept online orders and Phone calls.

   (when a phone call is in progress online orders could get missed.)

​NOTE:

If the above has occurred when placing your order, kindly contact restaurant to notify them that you are trying to place an order online and need confirmation.

Then retry placing usually within 5 minutes.

ORDER REJECTED 

Your may receive a rejected order notice if:

   - An item selected is not available at the restaurant at the moment.

   -An ingredient for a particular dish is not available to make the order.

   -Items on the menu are no longer being sold or there has been a price change.

If the above has occurred when placing your order, kindly contact restaurant to inquire then replace the order to have it be confirmed. Usually within 5 minutes.
